I offer a range of high quality professional services in massage therapy and reiki, depending on your goals. Each session is customized to your specific health goals and needs. Modalities can also be combined and enhancements be applied. All sessions are conducted in my practice space in Albuquerque, NM, just south of Nob Hill. My current rates in New Mexico are:

I strive to make healing accessible and offer a sliding scale for those who might need it, especially Queer/Trans, Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color, people with disabilities, and other survivors of trauma–particularly those with compounding marginalized identities. Swedish

Swedish Massage is a full-body therapeutic treatment that works with the soft tissues and muscles, using long, gliding strokes with oil or lotion, to promote relaxation, improved circulation, and overall wellbeing. If you're looking for that relaxing, pampered, spa feel, this is your modality! Deep Tissue / Firm Swedish also available.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is full-body, Japanese-style massage, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, involving acupressure along the meridians, stretching, joint rotations, and other techniques to balance chi, improve circulation, increase joint mobility, and restore the body's internal natural healing abilities. If you're looking for a relaxing yet energizing massage that can balance your body inside out, this is your modality. Shiatsu is a fully clothed massage done either on a massage table or on a cushioned floor mat.

Deep Tissue & MyoFascial Therapy

Deep Tissue is specialized therapeutic work aimed at treating specific musculoskeletal issues, such as strains, injuries, and chronic pains. It involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to target inner layers of muscles and connective tissues. Myo-fascial therapy, a form of Deep Tissue, helps to release tension, re-align muscle fibers, improve elasticity, break up scar tissue, and promote tissue repair. Sports massage is also available to support pre-event warm up, post-event recovery, and other injury rehabilitation aid, in partnership with your physician or physical therapist.

Traditional Thai Massage

Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient healing practice that uses gentle pressure and stretching to balance the body, improve circulation, increase range of motion, and boost energy. The Thai massage I perform is a combination of Royal and Folk styles of Traditional Thai Massage, learned from the world-renown Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai. Thai massage is a fully-clothed massage, performed on a cushioned floor mat.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of hands-on energy healing that draws upon the universal life force energy to support someone's healing. As a reiki practitioner, I serve as a conduit for the healing energy and help to stimulate your body's natural healing abilities. Reiki can help to relieve pain and address both physical and emotional imbalances. Sessions can range from 30-60 minutes and can supplement massage therapy work. I also offer distant reiki for those outside of the Albuquerque, NM area.
